I appreciated the stay. Luxury queen room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was fantastic in my opinion. Besides, I was able to park nearby. The location of the hotel was marvellous - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from io Gallery. It was located in a lovely area.

I greatly enjoyed the breakfast with lots of outstanding food. The hotel had a very central position just next door to Brighton town centre for shops restaurants, the Lanes, Brighton Pavillion, and also the railway station, and lovely restaurants and bars, near by. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were very rude...

Loved the staff they were amazing especially at breakfast. Very friendly and was clear that as a lesbian couple we were treated no differently. Amazingsea views and room was truely amazing, we couldve lived there. Would return again definitely as a weekend get away because we absolutely loved it. Was romantic and we loved sitting at breakfast in the sunshine on the patio ....
Only downfalls would be that at night time the noise from the patrons was a bit off-putting buy is expected with a bar/club; also the drainage is extremely slow in the shower but with a shower and bath we could choose. (Not sure that would apply to every room)

Spotless and well located, room was large and comfortable bed.
The welcome wasn't that warm or friendly, the man just took the money and gave us our room key. Not unusual for a hotel but people have raved about the warm welcome they had recieved so was expecting a really nice welcome. Cooked breakfasts are meant to be served until 10.30, granted we arrived down at 10.25 but were told we were too late, thought that was a little off considering the reason we had a lay in is because we were spending a considerable amount of money in their on site club the night before. The breakfast looked good, shame we only got to try the toast! It seemed the ephasis was on the bar and its patrons, it would be nice to extend that warm welcome to people paying £100 a night on top of the bar bill.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although this is a premier Gay Hotel we were made to feel very welcome and did not feel at all uncomfortable. Room was lovely and had a magnificent view of the sea and the pier.
It could be a little bit noisy at night as there is a lively bar and nightclub downstairs. Would recommend you stay on a higher floor.

The staff were all very friendly even though we were unusual as a Hetrosexual Couple. The breakfasts were lovely and the bar area well thought out with a beautifully colourful decor ! We never got to go down to the Basement Club ! After trudging round Brighton all day and getting soaked in the rain, it was just too late opening at 11pm and tiredness took over but maybe next time !
Lift was a bit scary and because we had a budget loft room in the extension, the room was hot plus the shower tray wouldn't empty quickly enough but we survived ! I did wonder whether in fact we'd make it downstairs if there was a serious fire, it seemed a long way from safety ! Parking was hit & miss with the permit and we had to walk with our luggage but I think my husband was more concerned as to whether his car would be vandalised but it wasn't !

We enjoyed our stay with friends, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere and amazing shows. The highlight was the drag queen entertainment which brought plenty of laughs. The room was clean with fine sea views that delighted the whole family.
My kids wished for more activities suitable for families.

The location and competitive prices, easy to find and car park near by. Bed was very comfy and lots of space in room and breakfast was yummy.
Bathroom was small and would request a higher floor in future as it was quite noisy but I sleep through anything so didn't bother me too much. The toilets in the bar area need air fresherners.
